Gooday!
Wow..this application actually took a lot of my time! Sleepless nights has come to an end, finally. But I must agree, that the three of us did an awesome job and i think that our application is simply beautiful. It turned out to be just like how we planned it to be. Glad that Ms Khoo liked our design when we showed her the sketches! Well now, hopefully she'd like our final outcome!
Well, to start off, I'd like to just explain about what I have done on my part. Basically we all had divided the tasks, and each of us worked on 2 links. I had done half of the Main Ceremony page, together with the Bridal Costume and also the Wedding Music link. The flower designs on the page was our idea. I had also made sure that the Graphical User Interface was interesting here. The navigation is easy and I'd like users to enjoy our application. As for the pictures, I have done some photo manupulation & Editing. For your information, those are pictures which we took ourselves, thanks to our Photography Subject & Our 'Professional' camera! We had gone all out to get those beautiful pictures and believe me, it was hell for us! We had to get permission even to take pictures of little things.
I was also the person in charge of gathering the contents for this interactive Application. I had done some research on Traditional Malay Weddings and found out certain things that was lost in history. However, I managed to gather a lot of information, being a Malay myself...I have many experience attending Malay weddings. I have seen and discovered that even my family practises the culture and traditions of weddings a lot. I believe that this culture will never die and it should never be forgotten. The malays must never forget their roots!...and that,is the main objective of our interactive Application.
Oh yes!I'm pretty sure you saw the interactive page that my fellow groupmate-Nazri did..it looks so pretty! And Its fun too! That's a lot of hard work~!
Anyways, tomorrow's submission and I hope that Ms Khoo will like our final work! And hopefully nothing goes wrong!
